Team Results
2/18/2016 January 12th: Millard South 60, Omaha North 55. The 4th ranked Patriots survive an aggressive Viking team with end of game free throws. Grace Rasmussen led the team with 22 points.

January 13th: Millard South 53, Papillion La Vista 39. The Patriots hit four, 3-pointers in the first 4 minutes of the second half. Grace Rasmussen led the team with 12 points.

Looking Ahead: Patriots will finish off the regular season this weekend

Saturday 2/20 vs. Bellevue East

The Patriots are currently ranked #2 All Class and improved to 18-4 on the season. They clinched a #1 seed for districts and will host on Tuesday 2/23 vs. #4 seed Omaha South at 7 pm! District Championship game will be held on Thursday 2/23 vs. the winner of #2 seed Millard North or #3 seed Omaha North at Millard South, time TBA. Click here for the District A-5 bracket.

2/8/2016 January 29th: Millard South 47, Millard North 54. The Patriots suffered their 4th loss of the season. Jaisee Stinson led the team with 10 points.

January 30th: Millard South 58, Omaha Burke 33. Haley Koetje led all scorers with 12 points.

February 5th: Millard South 60, Omaha Bryan 21. Ten players scored for the Patriots who held the Bears to 4 points in the 2nd half. Grace Rasmussen led all scorers 14 points.

February 6th: Millard South 76, North Platte 31. The Patriots had 10 first-half 3-pointers and were lead by Anna Nabity and Haley Koetje who added in 13 points each.

The Patriots improve to 16-4 on the season!

1/27/2016 January 7th: Millard South 43, Millard West 49. Grace Rasmussen led the Patriots with 16 and Camille Fowler added in 14.

January 9th: Millard South 83, Omaha Central 55. Grace Rasmussen led the Patriots with 23 and Camille Fowler added in 15.

January 12th: Millard South 59, Papillion La Vista South 50. Grace Rasmussen led the #2 ranked Patriots with 14, Haley Koetje, Lauren Sanders, and Camille Fowler added in 10 a piece over the #8 ranked Titans.

January 15th: Millard South 71, Omaha South 35. Eleven players scored for the Patriots who were led by Camille Fowler with 12.

January 16th: Millard South 69, Elkhorn South 70. The Patriots suffered their 3rd loss of the season after a tough battle against the Storm. Lauren Sanders scored 18 points and Grace Rasmussen added in 15.

January 21st: Millard South 60, Omaha Marian 44. Grace Rasmussen (24 pts) and Lauren Sanders (20 pts) led the fifth ranked Patriots to cruise past the #10 Crusaders.

January 22nd: Millard South 55, Lincoln East 52. Haley Koetje scored 23 points to lift the Patriots to victory over the #8 Spartans.

January 26th: Millard South 52, Bellevue West 49. Free throws in the last minute and 19 points from Haley Koetje led the Patriots to the upset win over the #2 ranked Thunderbirds.

The Patriots improve to 13-3 on the season.

1/6/2016 Metro Holiday Tournament Results:

1st Round: Millard South 74, Omaha South 50 Grace Rasmussen led the Patriots with 20.

Quarter-Finals: Millard South 58, Bellevue East 38 The Patriots were led by Grace Rasmussen with 17 points, Camille Fowler and Natalie Rigatuso added in 10 points a piece.

Semi-Finals: Millard South 51, Papio South 40. Lauren Sanders led the Patriots with 16 points.

Finals: The Patriots cruised to their first Holiday Tournament Final appearance in 18 years. Millard South came out with swarming defense, getting ahead in the first half. A second half, fight to the finish ended with the Patriots coming up short, falling to the Millard West Wildcats for their first loss of the season, 38-28. The Patriots are now 7-1.

This Week: A rematch is in store as the #2 Patriots travel down Q Street to take on the #1 Wildcats once again. Game will be Thursday, December 7th at 5:30 pm @ MW. Go Patriots!

12/14/2015 The Patriots improved to 4-0 after adding two wins this weekend. On Friday, December 11th, the lady Patriots traveled to Omaha Northwest High School. Heading into the 4th quarter, the Patriots trailed by 2, but the team fought hard to pull out a 59-48 win! Grace Rasmussen led the Patriots with 19 points. Click here for a complete game recap.

On Saturday, December 12th the Patriots put together a solid home win against Lincoln North Star, winning 58-31. Camille Fowler led the Patriots with 15 and Grace Rasmussen added in 14.

Looking ahead: The Patriots begin the 1st round of the Metro Holiday Tournament this Saturday, December 19th. #3 seed Millard South will play #14 seed Omaha South. Game will tip off at 4:30 pm at Omaha Benson High School
WORKOUTS START TUES SEPT. 8
We will start workouts on Tuesday Sept 8. The schedule will be as follows.
Mondays- Lift at 3:30 and Condition after.
Tuesdays- Conditioning at 3:30
Wednesdays- Lift at 3:30
Thursdays- Conditioning at 3:30
