WORKOUTS START TUES SEPT. 8
We will start workouts on Tuesday Sept 8. The schedule will be as follows.
Mondays- Lift at 3:30 and Condition after.
Tuesdays- Conditioning at 3:30
Wednesdays- Lift at 3:30
Thursdays- Conditioning at 3:30
***Player led Open Gyms on Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri AM from 6:15-7:30.***
